Our promise

You deserve more than a list of exercises

Effective rehabilitation starts with understanding you — not just the part that hurts. Your physiotherapist will listen to your story, explore how your symptoms affect daily life, observe relevant movements and help you understand the next steps.

You will leave with a clear plan: what to work on, how to perform it safely, how often to practise and what progress to look for. Your programme is reviewed and adapted as your needs change.

How it works

A clear path from assessment to progress

  1. 1

    Tell us what is happening

We begin with your symptoms, health history, daily activities, previous treatment and the goals that matter to you.

  2. 2

    Complete an online movement assessment

Through a secure video appointment, your physiotherapist guides you through appropriate movements and functional tasks. You can also share relevant reports or scan results if you have them.

  3. 3

    Receive your personalised plan

You are given practical education, targeted exercises and self-management advice matched to your current ability, available space and routine.

  4. 4

    Review, progress and adapt

Follow-up appointments track meaningful change, refine technique and adjust your programme as your movement, strength and confidence develop.

Good care includes knowing when not to continue online

If your symptoms need urgent medical attention, hands-on examination, imaging or another specialist, we will explain that clearly and help you identify the appropriate next step.

Why online

Expert guidance that fits real life

  • Care in your own environment

Work on the movements, stairs, desk set-up, equipment and daily tasks that are actually part of your life.

  • No travel or waiting room

Attend from home, work or another private space with an internet connection.

  • More consistent rehabilitation

A practical plan and regular reviews can make it easier to build rehabilitation into your routine.

  • Focused one-to-one attention

Your appointment is centred on your symptoms, questions, goals and progress.

  • Access across distance

Continue working with your physiotherapist when travel, location or mobility makes clinic visits difficult.

Suitability

Is online physiotherapy right for you?

Online physiotherapy can work well when assessment, education, guided movement and progressive exercise are central to recovery. It may be especially useful if you have a busy schedule, limited local access, reduced mobility or want professional support without travelling.

It is not right for every situation. Some symptoms require urgent medical assessment, a hands-on examination, specialist equipment or face-to-face treatment. Suitability is considered individually, and the limitations of remote care will be explained before treatment continues.

Still unsure? Just ask.

Describe what you are experiencing and we will tell you honestly whether an online assessment is the right starting point.

What to expect

Your first online appointment

  • A detailed conversation about your symptoms, medical history, concerns and goals
  • Observation of relevant posture, movement and everyday tasks where appropriate
  • Review of available reports, scans or post-operative instructions if relevant
  • A clear explanation of the working clinical picture and any limitations of online assessment
  • A personalised treatment and self-management plan
  • Advice on warning signs, referrals or in-person care when required

You do not need to have scans or medical reports to book. If you do have relevant information, keep it nearby or use the clinic's approved secure method to share it.
